UNDERTOW

In her new book "Undertow", Lisen Stibeck has returned to the origins of photography and worked with wet plate technology, where each exposure requires extensive work and where the result is more unpredictable. In parallel with this ancient process, she has developed her own technique where she lets the emulsion of Polaroid photography live and change after the end of exposure.
