Pictures and Text is a compilation of the artist's On The Road With Juergen Teller column for the companion magazine of renowned Ger man newspaper Die Zeit, in which he would introduce a new photo each week accompanied by a pithy caption. Included in the book's sli pcover is a supplemental text entitled Literature, which is an assortment of complaint letters the paper received from offended read ers during the column's run.
