Description
Individual tablecloth with the eleventh state of the Picasso bull.
Le Taureau is a series of 11 engravings created by Picasso in 1945.
Every time he simplified the drawing; he became more and more geometric. The bull was reduced to its essential form, represented in a few perfectly placed lines that symbolized the beast.
He finished where he normally should have started: to achieve his pure and linear interpretation of the bull, he had to go through all the stages in between.
Measurements: 48 x 35 cm
Material: 100% cotton
