PHILIPPE SÉCLIER - REAL ROAD TEST

Sixty years later, along Route 66 between Oklahoma City and Los Angeles, Philippe Séclier has revisited Ed Ruscha's iconic photographic series. This project is in the same vein as Séclier's previous artistic explorations, in which he takes possession of a work of art to lead us to rediscover it. Inspired by Ruscha's cult books, Real Road Test, with its intimate format and softcover, pays homage to a timeless work by reappropriating it with a slight unconventional twist, playing with words and images.
