REMBRANDT ETCHINGS FROM THE ZORN COLLECTIONS

The Swedish artist Anders Zorn (1860-1920) enjoyed great fame during his lifetime: as a portrait painter but also as a virtuoso etch er. His images, strongly influenced by Rembrandt, played an important role in his success. Zorn succeeded in amassing a collection o f almost two hundred Rembrandt etchings, which are now housed in the Zorn Museum in Mora.
