Although he was never an offi cial member of the Bauhaus, Albert Gleizes dedicated his infl uential essay on Cubism to the art schoo l. In 1928, the editors László Moholy-Nagy and Walter Gropius included this essay as volume 13 in the Bauhausbücher series.
