ICELANDIC LESSONS

Following the successful volumes Swiss Lessons and Barents Lessons, the Laboratoire Bâle (laba) presents the latest installment in t he series Teaching and Research in Architecture, well-known for its elaborate graphic design of plans, maps, and diagrams. The stude nts now direct their attention to Iceland, analyzing in how far intact nature and industrialization will be able to coexist in futur e on the sparsely inhabited island in the North Atlantic.
