THOMAS BAYRLE PATTERN DESIGNER

Thomas Bayrle, in his exhibition reflecting the MAK collection, combines traditional craft techniques with computer-generated art of the information age. With metaphors of coloring, weaving and programming, Bayrle examines the ambivalence of art, crafts, industry and kaleidoscopic forms - ornaments of the mass - emerge.
