2005 he completed an ambitious project derived from his print series 6 Piccadillies, a portfolio of six prints, made in 1969 - 70. T he initial image of Piccadilly Circus came from a postcard owned by Rita Donagh, Richard Hamiltons wife. For the editioned prints, t he six editioned prints, the postcard image was blown up, printed and laminated onto both sides of a board, then overlaid with compl ex, screenprinted surfaces, which reinvented the original picture.
