THE BROWN SISTERS, FORTY YEARS

Annually, from 1974, Nicholas Nixon made a group portrait of his wife, Bebe, and her three sisters. Always they appear in the same o rderfrom left to right, Heather, Mimi, Bebe, and Laurieand they would jointly agree on a single image to represent a given year.
