A WORLD OF EIKOH HOSOE - NE

A comprehensive overview of the work of Eikoh Hosoe (19332024), this volume contains many seminal photographs from the 1960s and 70s, plus later work from the 1990s and early 2000s. Hosoe emerged as an influential photographer and filmmaker in the experimental arts movement of post-war Japan. He is recognised in particular for his dark, high-contrast, black-and-white photographs of the human body, as well as his collaborative work with others.
