Intimacies follows a woman whos just moved to The Hague from New York, to work as an interpreter in the International Court of Just ice. As a woman of many languages and identities, she is looking for a place to finally call home. But instead of settling down, she s forced to re-examine what she really wants from life and who she wants to be, as she finds herself in a number of uncomfortable i ntimate situations.
