THE YELLOW BOOK

This artist's book is part of Jaro Varga's project of the same name, curated by Erich Weiss, which questions the universality of hegemonic knowledge through books and libraries. In parallel to his research at the Biblioteca Pública Arús, the Fundació Antoni Tàpies and the Museu Picasso de Barcelona, Jaro draws intuitively, activating a choreography of the mind. The book is composed of 70 automatic drawings, the originals of which form part of the exhibition installation in the gallery.
